Meatloaf Muffins 2 WW pts each

1 Lb ground turkey
1 Box Stopetop Stuffing
2 egg whites (1/4 C egg beaters)
1 Cup Water
Can add onion, celery, green pepper, be creative!
Divide into muffin tin. Bake @350 for 35-40 minutes.
Makes 12 “muffins.”
