Meatloaf Muffins 2 WW pts each 1 Lb ground turkey 1 Box Stopetop Stuffing 2 egg whites (1/4 C egg beaters) 1 Cup Water Can add onion, celery, green pepper, be creative! Divide into muffin tin. Bake @350 for 35-40 minutes. Makes 12 “muffins.”
Reality: Weight loss is not a one-day event. If you stop overeating now, you’ll gain less and have less to re-lose later. That’s something to feel good about!
