I guess I've just taken the week off. Not intentionally, just haven't had much worth posting. I know you all have great ideas for posts, please feel free to share a thought, idea, recipe or anything that has helped you or you think might help someone else!
I with you! Had 2 blah days and this weighing every day is making me crazy! My weight is creeping up every day and I don't even have a weigh in to keep me good. Start trying to write everything down trying to eat diamond foods and eating more helps. Diamond foods are the key,not starving to get back down! We need to think about being thin on the inside not the outside. When I think like that I get thin on the outside.(Who would have thought) I am going to start posting more recipes. I have been busy with my Mom and My Anniversary was yesterday. Married 36 years to my best friend!
ReplyDeleteEvery indication says I will be down on Thursday, but then thats where the dissapointment will hit me, so trying not to get my hopes up.Make sure you are true to yourself on journaling...I think I get into trouble there.....but would love to have a conversation about having to eat more to lose,maybe we could all go to lunch once a month after weigh in meeting....just an idea...Donna
ReplyDeleteThanks for the support ladies! I was just reading a spark people article that I took another quiz on and it was reflecting that I rely too much on external results. We need to remind ourselves of how much control we really do have over our own thoughts and actions. I hope for your sake your down tomorrow Donna and if not, we can start over tomorrow together.
