Anyone else thankful it's Wednesday?

I've done "pretty" good this week and need to do good today. I'm ready for my new round of 35 points!

  1. Yes,yes,yes! Lost 5 more pounds this month by my wii fit. I always weigh a little more at WW. I do so much better if I eat. Diamond foods are a girls best friend.

  3. Most days I only do the yoga, but today I did 45 minutes. 26 were yoga and then I did 10 minutes of the step and 10 min of free run, but I don't run. Found out that I can be on my tread mill and do the free run and my character runs along the path and I get to watch my cartoon. Hope I don't swell up from doing to much today. I have to weight in tomorrow.
