If you plan on eating out this weekend, please post where you went and what you had. We all need more ideas on how to enjoy eating out. As for me? I had panera last night: 1 bowl onion soup with cheese and croutons and a baguette. 6pts!
Reality: Weight loss is not a one-day event. If you stop overeating now, you’ll gain less and have less to re-lose later. That’s something to feel good about!
