With 580 calories, 27g fat and 6g fiber, this salad is 13 ww pts! This salad has more points than I like to spend on one. But if you're a light eater, 1/2 the salad would only be 6 ww points so you decide. :)
If you are a light eater you can eat only half the salad for 6 points. I posted "beware" of this salad because there is no way I would have guessed this salad to be so points heavy!
Reality: Weight loss is not a one-day event. If you stop overeating now, you’ll gain less and have less to re-lose later. That’s something to feel good about!
